Ticket Policy and Agreement
By purchasing and/or using a ticket for the cruise trip organized by our Masjid, you ("Ticket Holder") agree to the following policy and terms:
1. Ticket Validity:
- Each ticket is valid for one person only unless specified as a family ticket for three or more members of the same family.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Ticket Usage:
- The ticket grants the Ticket Holder access to the designated activities and amenities provided during the cruise trip.
- The Ticket Holder is responsible for their behavior and must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the Masjid community throughout the cruise trip.
3. Boarding and Arrival:
- The Ticket Holder must arrive at the designated boarding location at least half an hour before the specified start time to facilitate a smooth check-in and boarding process.
- Failure to arrive on time may result in denial of boarding without a refund.
4. Health and Safety:
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges and understands that participation in the cruise trip activities may involve certain risks and hazards.
- The Ticket Holder is responsible for their own health and safety during the cruise trip and must follow any instructions provided by the organizers or staff to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
5. Changes and Cancellations:
- The Masjid community reserves the right to make changes to the cruise trip itinerary, activities, or other aspects as deemed necessary or appropriate.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, the Masjid community will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate compensation or reschedule the event.
6. Code of Conduct:
- The Ticket Holder agrees to adhere to the principles of respect, inclusivity, and good conduct during the cruise trip.
- Any behavior that disrupts harmony or violates the rights of others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the cruise trip without a refund.
7. Picture Policy:
- The Masjid community may capture photographs or record videos during the cruise trip.
8. Exclusion of Liability:
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Masjid community and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the cruise trip.
- The Ticket Holder agrees not to hold the Masjid community or its organizers responsible and releases them from any claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from participation in the cruise trip.
By purchasing and/or using a ticket, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Ticket Policy and Agreement. The Ticket Holder also acknowledges and agrees to the exclusion of liability mentioned above.
